This is a work of art I created in college.
I was working with found images from news papers.
I would rephotograph the images and print them into larger prints.
The Russians were in Afghanistan. The images are from Pravda
and assembled on the front off the New York Times.
Just change the helmets and these could be US Soldiers.
Maybe in the end a soldier is a soldier, no matter the country he or she is from.
They will all in the end be trained to kill humans and wreak great havoc on the earth and
their fellow man. Of course this will be under the direction of great leadership.
I have always been shameful that as a race we are so conflict oriented.

I have also wondered were these soldiers ended up.
